Introducing native Outlook sync & even better reporting features (& more)

Yanomo has more than doubled its user base through the first 10 months of 2014. To keep up with our user’s ever increasing demands, we’re continuously updating our app. Here’s a quick update on some features we’ve introduced in the past 3 months!

1. Matrix for quick bulk time tracking

A requirement for many users who need to log time in bulk, we’ve introduced this Excel-like matrix on every user’s Time & Calendar page, as an alternative to our trusted calendar and “+ time” button. Using your favorited projects, you can polish off your weekly time tracking needs in under a minute.

2. Retainers & invoice planning

Working with monthly retainers is second nature for many of our agency customers. Yanomo now supports the quick setup of retainer-type projects, which feed into automatically generated invoices if the administrator so specifies.

3. Improved, customizable reporting metrics

In addition to our advanced filtering, reporting tables now include almost 20 customizable (and exportable) metrics, ensuring managers can create exactly the report they need. Reports are now also savable.

4. Native Outlook calendar sync

Ever since the “Outlook via Google” route was blocked, we’ve been working on rolling out a dependable, native Outlook calendar sync. Administrators can set it up via Account > General Settings > Integrations, after which users can select relevant calendars via the Calendar Settings on their dashboard.
